In the first instance get in touch with me to discuss your requirements. Bookings are subject to availability on a first come first served basis and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or when an appropriate payment agreement is put in place.
Bulk bookings can be arranged as a pre-agreed Standing Order / Direct Debit schedule against proposed booking dates.
As a small business owner it became impractical for me to work and then get paid later (often much later) and sometimes not at all. As such, I no longer work on an accounts receivable basis. I do not have the resources to chase slow or non paying customers and as such do not offer pro formas, invoicing or credit. I work on a prepayment basis which basically pre-books blocks of my time.
Once you have provided details and dates of your booking I will send you an invoice with details of the date and time of our engagement. Upon payment via bank transfer your booking is confirmed and subject to these booking terms.
For regular users of my services the most convenient way is to set up a standing order mandate with me. This way I can invoice you and call payment for that invoice without you having to transfer money manually.
If you require a lot of my time over a prolonged period I am happy to discuss a retainer arrangement.
Bookings are confirmed once a booking payment has been made. If for any reason I cannot attend and carry out the work a full refund will be given.
If you need to cancel
Booking a session(s) means that a chunk of time is allocated to your booking. If you cancel with short notice I cannot simply reallocate that diary time and this represents a loss of income to my business. For this reason, any refund or part refund will be discretionary depending on the timescale and circumstances surrounding the cancellation / reschedule.

I operate on a tight schedule and as my income is generated from my time, I ask that you respect and understand this before making a booking. You are booking the service of my time which, unlike a physical product cannot be returned for a refund.
Once I have recorded your live material, I will schedule in editing time to get your initial proofs back to you as quickly as possible. I work on numerous audio projects simultaneously, which means that I have to efficiently schedule editing and production times in order to consistently deliver a high standard product.
I do all editing after the recording session in my own private studio.
I aim to deliver proofs to you within 5 working days, however, this can often be much sooner, typically 3 working days for single podcast bookings. If there is anything that may cause unforeseeable delays beyond 5 working days, we will inform you straightaway.
If you need your audio quickly, please inform us prior to your recording session. I will do my best to accommodate by booking your editing time well in advance.
